Upgrade Safe
Overview
This guide explains how to upgrade your UnoLock Safe from the Free tier to a higher tier.
Access Upgrade Options
- Navigate to the main menu in the UnoLock app.
- Select Upgrade Safe.
- Review the information window explaining the upgrade process.
- Click Next to proceed.
Select an Upgrade Tier
- Review the available upgrade tiers displayed on the screen.
- Select the tier you wish to upgrade to.
- Read the pricing notice and any warnings shown by the app.
- Click OK to continue, or select Cancel if you do not wish to proceed.
Initiate the Payment Process
- After confirming the upgrade, wait for the app to redirect you to the payment system.
- Click Next to begin the payment process.
- If you have a promo code, enter it now; otherwise, click Continue to proceed.
Choose a Payment Method
- Review the information screen outlining the two payment methods:
- Credits: One-off purchases for specific durations.
- Subscribe: Automated payments for continuous paid-tier service without manual renewals.
- Depending on your selection:
- For one-off credit purchases, use the slider to select the number of months to prepay.
- For a subscription, enable automatic payments via the Stripe payment flow.
Complete the Payment
- Click Purchase.
- Select your payment method:
- Bitcoin for cryptocurrency transactions.
- Credit card via the Stripe payment processor.
- Click Continue and confirm your payment details.
- For credit card payments, enter your card information and press Pay.
- Once payment is completed, choose to view the receipt or return to your Safe.
- Note: Your Safe may automatically relock so the upgrade or credits can be applied cleanly.
