Managing Subscriptions
Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for canceling your subscription payment in the UnoLock app.
Access Subscription Management
- Navigate to the main menu in the UnoLock app.
- Select Configuration.
- Click the subscription management option to access the settings.
Review Subscription Information
- Read the informational dialog that appears, providing details about the subscription process.
- Click Next to proceed.
Navigate to the Payment Gateway
- Wait for the app to redirect you to the Payment Gateway.
- Click Continue to move forward.
Cancel the Subscription
- On the Payment Gateway page, review the details displayed.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Within the Stripe or PayPal Payment Gateway, click Cancel Subscription.
- When a confirmation message appears, click Cancel Subscription again to finalize the cancellation.
Provide Feedback (Optional)
- If prompted, provide feedback regarding your decision to cancel, if required.
- Choose to complete the feedback, delete your request, or proceed without providing feedback.
